Air 24/7

My Central Air had broken down about a month and a half ago. Due to a leak in the coil, anyway my wife and I were trying to get by with fans. But ultimately, we started having AC companies come out and check our credit for financing etc., they were all full of it. Then my wife saw Air 24/7 in the homemag magazine. These guys are the very best. I called and Ashley who works in the office set us up with a very quick appointment. She was excellent to deal with and kept us abreast of everything. this was on a weekend. And Dearick who is the Project manager took all of my info over the phone to include how much I qualified for financing. he came over that same day and detailed everything for us how long installing a new system would take and that it could be done the very next day. Dearick is one of the nicest people that I have met. Extremely decent, professional, and through; and professional. Then are the 2 technicians who installed our new Central Air system inside and out. Tyler and London. These 2 gentlemen are on top of their game. They did an outstanding job and didn't even take lunch and the job lasted like 5-6 hours. Anyway, to recap. These 4 individuals are a tremendous asset

We’ve worked with Air 24/7 ever since we bought our home over 5 years ago and they have always been great. We called them yesterday as we developed moisture around the base of our unit. Hunter was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly! We agreed that getting a new unit was our best bet as the old one was 14 years old and very rusted. Hunter helped with pricing as well and gave us an affordable option that worked best for us. We set up an install for the very next day. Rudy and Christian were very friendly, professional, and incredibly fast while getting the job done perfectly! They went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations with a smile on their faces. Thank you to the team at Air 24/7! We 100% recommend them to everyone!

I had an amazing experience with Air 24/7 after my AC suddenly went out (and in Florida, going without AC is not an option 😅). Hunter, the sales rep, was fantastic from start to finish. He called ahead, arrived promptly at 8 a.m., quickly diagnosed the issue, and walked me through all of my options with zero pressure to purchase. Everything was straightforward and transparent. No haggling, no surprises. I received four other quotes, and Air 24/7 was by far the best price while still offering high-quality products and service. Hunter also understood the urgency of the situation and got everything moving quickly for same-day installation. I ended up replacing my AC and going with a Rheem system (15.2 SEER) to take advantage of their 0% financing for 60 months for this specific unit, which was incredibly easy to sign up for. Miguel and George handled the installation and were excellent. My home has very high ceilings, and the air handler is about 12 feet up in the attic, but they expertly removed the old system, installed the new air handler and outdoor unit, handled the permitting, walked me through everything, and made sure all paperwork was complete. They stayed to fully test bo

Exceptional Service! "Thank you for the outstanding HVAC installation! Your team's professionalism and attention to detail made a huge difference." The install team, Miguel and George arrived on time and proceeded to demonstrate fervor during removal of the old system the new installation. They provided explanations of the work in progress as well as answers to all questions. Their client-customer rapport was excellent. the system was installed in a timely manner, all areas thoroughly cleaned and the new equipment tested and working properly. I'm totally satisfied that I made the right choice in selecting Air 24/7 as my HVAC vendor.
